3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Diamonxa.

  • Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice.

  • We accept secure payments through:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • Bank Transfer

    • JazzCash / Easypaisa

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or WhatsApp.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship products nationwide across Pakistan.

  • Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days.

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete delivery information.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

  • We offer a 1-Year Quality Warranty on our premium jewelry colors and shine.

  • Returns or exchanges are allowed if:

    1. The product arrives damaged.

    2. The product is incorrect.

    3. The item has a manufacturing defect.

  • Policy: You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with images/videos of the issue.

  • Items must be returned unused and in their original premium packaging.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All website content—including jewelry photos, text, diamond-cut designs, logos, and graphics—is the property of Diamonxa.

  • Unauthorized copying or reproduction of our designs may result in legal action under Pakistan’s intellectual property laws.
