At Diamonxa, we take pride in delivering high-quality handmade crochet products. Each crochet flower bouquet and crochet item is carefully crafted and inspected before delivery. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to keep our return process simple and transparent.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged
  • The product is defective
  • You receive the wrong item

⚠️ Note:
Since all items are handmade, slight variations in size, shape, or color are natural and not considered defects.

2. Handmade Product Policy

All our crochet products are handmade with care. Because of this:

  • Minor differences from product images may occur
  • Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable

3. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Your order number

❌ Requests made after 7 days or without proof may not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued via your original payment method (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa)

⚠️ Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges if:

  • The item is damaged or incorrect
  • Stock is available

Requests must be made within the 7-day return period.

6. Important Notes

  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Products must not be used or damaged by the customer
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Diamonxa is not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to misuse
