At Diamonxa, we strive to provide the highest quality luxury jewelry. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to make our return and refund process simple, fair, and transparent.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product arrives damaged.

  • The product is defective.

  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item sent).

Note: Since our jewelry features intricate diamond-cut textures and high-polish finishes, slight variations in light reflection are natural and are not considered defects.

2. 1-Year Quality Warranty

We stand by our craftsmanship! Our jewelry comes with a 1-Year Color & Shine Warranty. If your jewelry loses its 24K gold look within a year under normal wear, please contact us for support.

3. How to Request a Return

To start a return request:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Include the following: Your order number, clear photos/videos of the issue, and your contact details.

Returns submitted after 7 days (for damage) or without proper evidence will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued through your original payment method (Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa).

  • Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and must be requested within the 7-day window.

6. Important Notes

  • Care Instructions: Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, or physical mishandling is not covered under the warranty or return policy.

  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original Diamonxa luxury packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  • Approval Required: Products sent back without prior approval via WhatsApp/Email will not be accepted.
